Return & Exchange Policy
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange the return, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items personalised or customised to your specifications
- Mattresses
- Assembled slide robes
- Gift vouchers
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, these exclusions do not apply. We will resolve the issue and work with you to find the best possible solution.
